had a great stay at this hostel in Valencia. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The reception team was always helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and positive. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and fresh, which was especially nice during the summer. Everything was well maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would like to give a special mention to Nina at reception. She was very friendly, professional, and always happy to help. She speaks several languages, including English, French, Spanish, and Arabic, which made communication very easy for guests from different countries. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Valencia. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely come back in the future!

Saturday night was a concert till 1:30 am, so that's when you go to sleep (am not complaining). It's a great business for sure - but bit impersonal from users point of view. Great location at the big river park, nice historical facade..

AMAZING. It has everything you need. Laundry, common area for coworking/chilling, fully equipped kitchen, huge lockers with a lock included, laundry room, breakfast, nice staff, good location, curtains, light and outlet in each bunkbed, etc... I have absolutely no complain. At some point the men's toilets were a bit dirty but that was clearly because if the dirty guests, I wouldn't blame the cleaning staff.

I would not recommend staying here to a young woman. This place had so many unsavory nem staying there. They left HUGE messes in the kitchen and on the table, didn't clean up after themselves. No one says anything to them. The kitchen is filthy in the morning, it can hardly be used, all 3 sinks clogged with dishes. They didn't even wash their dishes, just leaving it all to the cleaners as if this is a 5 star hotel. Security is so lax. Anyone can walk right in and wander around. The bathrooms are far, far down the hall, so if you have to get up in the middle of the night, any weirdo can be there lurking in the dark halls. The mattresses are so old and uncomfortable. Mine actually had a depression in the middle, like a gutter. The good thing is that it's in a good location.

Josh was very friendly and helpful during my stay He kindly provided me with internet access and allowed me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. Excellent service and a great attitude. Thank you, Josh!
