I‘d guess one of the best options to spend time in Salzburg. Enjoy the view from the top, easy access to the city centre (10min walking - tickets for the elevator are available at the reception) and especially enjoy the hotel and the splendid service. We did and had a remarkable and well remembered weekend there. From the minute of arrival until we left we’ve felt well rested with lots of hospitality. Btw the Turm-Suite is very nice but if you like it more spacy then it’s also a little small (we loved it) but with great views!
Really enjoyed my stay whilst in Salzburg. The service, location, views , breakfast, dinner and facilities were exceptional. Definitely worth and will be back. Thank you
A Masterclass in Luxury and Culinary Excellence Our January stay at Hotel Schloss Mönchstein was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided service that was both friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable, with the reception, bar and restaurant teams all going above and beyond.
Fantastic staff. Concierges both, Samantha and Felix are stand outs. They are both great problem solvers even when the challenges are not involving the hotel, such as car rental or concert tickets… Whatever you require to make your stay relaxed and unencumbered they will volunteer their capable assistance. Lovely and relaxing place to hang your hat when in Salzburg.
Unforgettable experience Hotel Schloss Mönchstein. There is a lift going down to the old city just before the Museum of Modern Art also located on the same hill in the park of the castle. Hotel rated “World’s best city hotel”!
