My review will not aptly do this hotel justice, but this is an outstanding property with amazing staff— we were blown away by the intimate warmth & hospitality! The property is incredibly clean, safe, convenient and accommodating to guests. The food is outstanding in fact we would highly recommend their cooking class! We were so impressed by our cooking class and dining experiences. The breakfast buffet is beyond— beautiful presentation, fresh, local and healthy! The rooms are clean and well appointed! The staff is so warm, nice and welcoming. Everyone there is just fantastic. We would look no other place than this hotel, our only wish is we could clone the staff at this location and have them at Four Seasons in the states! This team works so well with one another and truly enjoys hospitality! Thank you for a memorable and wonderful stay!!!
recently stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá, and even though it’s the smallest Four Seasons I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world, it was absolutely charming. From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible. The airport pickup was seamless, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed right away. That level of attention sets the tone for the entire stay — and they maintained it throughout. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The price point is excellent for the quality, service, and location you’re getting. Speaking of location, it’s perfectly situated — convenient, safe, and close to everything you’d want to explore in Bogotá. This hotel proves that size doesn’t define luxury — service does. If I return to Bogotá, I will absolutely stay at Four Seasons again.
The service in this hotel is exceptional. Working with Sofia and her events/catering teams has been so smooth and lovely. They even added some chocolate covered strawberries in our rooms to celebrate international women's day. Highly recommend this property.
Great stay at the Four Seasons Bogotá. The service was excellent and the hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. A special thank you to Sofia and Camilo, who were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They made the experience even better with their attention and professionalism.
